How do you know if you are thinking the right thoughts, saying the right things, following the right path?

If your thoughts, words and actions are deepening your love and compassion for yourself and others, then all is well… relax, and do more of the same. If not, then relax… Still and quiet yourself (often)… and Listen. Desired thoughts, words and actions will, in time, follow. Trust your feelings – they will guide you. Be patient – there is no hurry. Practice – when it feels right for you.
